Strategic Sales Partner – AI Consulting (Part-Time, Remote)

Ivory Insights is a fast-paced AI consulting firm helping businesses unlock untapped profit and operational precision through custom machine learning solutions. We design custom AI solutions that unlock insight and accelerate progress.

 

We're looking for a sharp, confident sales partner to generate qualified leads, close high-value deals, and help move clients from hesitation to action. You’ll work directly with the CEO to shape messaging, identify key stakeholders, and close contracts that drive real transformation.

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively source and qualify leads through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.), targeting mid-sized businesses with operational complexity and growth potential

  • Join strategic client discovery calls with the CEO and help shape the narrative around value and urgency

  • Identify and reach true decision-makers, navigating around internal blockers and false authorities

  • Draft contracts and proposals using provided outlines, adapting as needed to the opportunity

  • Own the close: Secure signed agreements and down payments early in the discovery process by creating urgency and establishing trust

 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B consulting sales, high-ticket services, or enterprise solution selling
     

  • Ability to communicate and position new, complex ideas to non-technical decision-makers
     

  • Confidence navigating resistance and reframing objections into momentum
     

  • Strong follow-through, polished writing, and clear proposal development skills
     

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality and results-oriented drive
     

  • Nice to have: Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or data/tech consulting environments

 

 

Compensation & Hours

Compensation: Performance-based with high upside commission + plus base support during ramp-up.
Hours: Part-time (5–10 hrs/week) with potential to scale.
